Job Summary:

The E-commerce Data Privacy Officer is responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with data protection laws and regulations, specifically related to e-commerce operations. Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in data privacy, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of data protection laws, regulations, and best practices, such as GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA.
4. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and associated data privacy challenges.
5. Strong ability to interpret and apply complex privacy laws and regulations to business practices.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and mitigate privacy risks.
